Volta PU Plastic Conveyor Belts Narviflex has been Volta Belting's partner for many years, for their unique range of PU plastic conveyor belts. These usually consist of full PU (monolithic), i.e. without fabric, which has an anti-bacterial effect and greatly facilitates cleaning. Volta is also the inventor of the Positively Driven Conveyor Belt, the "SuperDrive" SuperDrive SuperDrive™ (SD) is a Positive Drive belt that solves the key mechanical problems of classic flat belts, namely, slipping and off-tracking. Lagging - Drums & Chutes Grip increasing! Make it more wear-resistant! Make it non-stick! Review your application with us. Lagging with Rubber, PU and Ceramics Coatings are applied to drums or workpieces. This can be done in our workshops spread across the Benelux or in the factory in Geel, or also on site. Rubber coverings can be done using: a high-quality triple gluing process or by means of hot vulcanization in our autoclave. Polyurethane coatings are also done using: a triple gluing process orvia spray coat (warm spray process) . We apply ceramic tiles via an adhesive process (vulcanized in rubber), or directly encapsulated in special ceramic cement. Overview of lagging materials... Coating with Poly-Urethane (Spraycoat) Narviflex has installations and coating cabins at its branches in Geel (B) and Alken (B), to provide materials (usually steel and stainless steel) with alow polyurethane , by means of a hot spray process. ​ We can achieve an extensive range of hardnesses (60° sh A, 85° sh A and 95° sh A) and thus provide more grip, or a high degree of anti-adhesion. Rubber Products and Waterjet More stock and more machines means that we can make more products for you and faster! Waterjet Cutting Our materials (PU, Rubber, PVC, Conveyor belts) are not so easy to cut, especially if they are a bit thicker. For this we have machines that can cut directly from the CAD DXF File. But we do not always need a CAD File from you, these machines can be parameterized, for example we can enter length and width, quantities, holes, slotted holes, etc. and the machines automatically create the necessary cutting files. Our 3D STM Waterjet is a unique machine, due to its large working surface and the ability to water jet at an angle. Funnels and Seals For these two product groups, we dare to say that we are the ideal partner for you: We simply have all basic materials in stock, in all thicknesses We have CNC solutions for cutting, via CNC cutters or via the waterjet Vulcanizing rubber or welding plastics obviously pose no problems for us. Strips and Plates in PU, PVC and Rubber Narviflex stocks almost all types of rubber (SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR, NR, SILICONE, etc.), as rubber for General Applications, but also in High-Quality Versions (Blackrock, RedFine Plus, YellowFine), often for use in dump points and applications that cause a lot of wear and tear. CNC Cutting and Flexible Materials We can cut through any material: high-speed ultrasonic Zünd knife cutting machines. Too thick or stiff? Then our waterjet cutters spring into action. CNC Zünd Cutting For flexible and relatively thin materials (up to approx. 6 mm), we use our Zünd CNC cutting machines. These are made for cutting at high speed and capacity and are equipped with conveyor belts for feeding and exporting the materials. (Special Applications Waterjet Team) is the name of the department that manages our modern 5-axis waterjet. The waterjet is used for all departments and companies of the Narviflex Group (in 2 or 3 shifts, depending on the workload). The STM machine, made in Austria, can cut in the X, Y and Z axis and also has a rotating head, the angle of which is adjustable. These are the 2 additional axes. This form of waterjet machines is often called: 3D waterjet.

Drums and Idlers factory Without drums and rollers, there is no conveyor belt installation! Production Drums Thedrum factory of Narviflex produces thousandsdrums per year. What is unique is that we not only...drums making, but also, in-housedrums and waltzes cover with rubber, PVC or PU and this can be done by means of cold vulcanization (gluing process) or hot vulcanization (in the autoclave).
