HMPE 1000 - Specifications

HMPE 1000 (DIN16972 TG2) is an ultra-high molecular weight low-pressure polyethylene (PE-UHMW) with a molecular weight of approximately 4.4 – 9.2 million g/mol. By way of specially selected additives it is possible to enhance the material HMPE 1000 to cater to the respective specific demands. This is primarily accomplished by means of the use of lubricants and biodegradable oils.
